Frode Alnæs has established himself as one of Norway’s leading guitarists and songwriters for several decades. After 40 years as a professional musician, artist and composer, his guitars are still his best friends, and that’s what the title of the upcoming album “My friends in need” indicates. On February 10th, 2023, the long-awaited album will be released, focusing on the core of Frode Alnæs as a musician, returning to his roots, back to when it was just Alnæs and his guitar. “My friends in need” consists of beautiful melodies, sorrowful, bluesy and tougher songs. Simply a spectrum of what Alnæs has been working on throughout the years.
