Personal and vibrant from Lien / Rasch

Come Home is an album that Annbjørg Lien and Bjørn Ole Rasch have had in mind for many years. A personal production, simple and down to earth, featuring fiddles, nykkelharpe, vocals and harmonium. The album is recorded in their own Kongshavn Studio. Most of the songs are composed by the duo themselves, but you will also find a selection of traditional tunes. The expression is vibrant and creative, the chosen instruments moving together within a wide musical space.

The music is largely inspired by the images made by some of Norway’s foremost artists: Elisabeth Werp, Per Fronth, Kjell Nupen, and Bjørg Thorhallsdottir. These images are included in the cover, giving a beautiful, visual frame to the project.
