Weird and wonderful from Bergen
“Vi vil helst ikkje vite det” is a humorous release of high quality, typically of Bergen. Not so surprising, considering that three of Western Norway´s most talented musicians and songwriters are behind: Arne Bendiksen, Jan Eggum and Per Arne "Piddi" Fjeldstad (known from Pompel and the Pilts), all with long experience from the Norwegian music scene. The collaboration between three of Bergen’s great sons was a success both on stage and on record. Reviewers and audiences have been charmed by Bollemusikken´s boyish playfulness and unquestionable skills, first on stage in 1997 when the three wrote and performed the show R at Rick’s Theatre in Bergen, and now with the album Vi vil helst ikkje vite det!

For the premiere of the cabaret R, these three artists in Bollemusikken was described by a main Bergen newspaper as "… a small group charming lads of noble note, furious fun, delicious melancholy, but most of all as charming as the only Bergen can be…"
