Ingunn Aamodt´s books on Pulverheksa have been a great success and have for years been a favorite with children. Maj Britt Andersen has given life to this popular character through a series of family performances across the country and in 2007 she released the first CD, the Norwegian Grammy nominated Pulverheksa. The following year came Pulverheksas jul, and eager fans got to meet Pulverheksa and her friends once again. Pulverheksas jul is based on the book Pulverheksa og julenissen, and portrays the waiting period before Christmas. We hear about Pulverheksas Christmas preparations and with familiar characters like Hokus, Pokus, Suppegjøken and Drømmeprinsen, she decorates her house for Christmas and waits for Santa Claus.
