Solo-debut album from Alexander Stenerud There’s not that many Norwegian male artist who openly declares their love for the pure pop song. Even fewer do it with a solid dose of musical intelligence and insight into the darker corners of pop history, without coming across as pretentious. Maybe Alexander Stenerud is the only one? Now he release his new album, both on cd and vinyl – and here he embraces the blue-eyed soul, west coast grooves, 60s pop and of course a huge load of synths – otherwise it would not have been Alexander Stenerud.
