J. S. Bach had a special interest in organ music throughout his life, both as a performer and a composer. In this recording from the Stavanger Cathedral on the fantastic Gebr. Reil Organ, Kolbein Haga presents a selection of Bach’s organ music. Haga got his education at Norwegian Academy of Music where he obtained his diploma in organ playing and church music in 1975. He has been active as an organist and choirmaster in the Church of Norway since 1971. He has given many recitals in Norway and around Europe.
