Festival with Truls Mørk and Lars Anders Tomter, the International Festival in Stavanger (ICMF), and the chamber music festivals in Risør and Elverum. Sponberg studied violin with Isaac Schuldman at the Norwegian Academy of Music, where he was awarded the Szeryng-prize, and with Herman Krebbers in Amsterdam. Han has recorded serveral CDs, both as a soloist and as a chamber musician, including Argentinian tango and contemporary music.
