Anders Røine is a freelance musician who plays the Jew's harp, Hardanger fiddle, langeleik (Norwegian zither) and guitar. He studied folk music at Raulandsakademiet, and earned a degree in ethnomusicology from the University of Bergen. He received the King’s Trophy in the category for older folk musik instruments at the National Contest for Traditional Music in 1997.
