He is most sought after at festivals and concert venues in Denmark and internationally and has received a number of excellent reviews for his performances. Søren Rastogi was educated in Copenhagen at The Royal Danish Academy of Music by Tove Lønskov and Niklas Sivelöv as well as in Berlin at Hochschule der Künste by Pascal Devoyon. At RDAM he graduated with the highest distinction and later had his debut from the soloist class. As a soloist with orchestra, Søren Rastogi has performed with most Danish symphony orchestras with conductors such as Christian Mandeál, Douglas Bostock, Mathias Aeschbacher and Thomas Søndergaard. He has been broadcasted in radio and television on numerous occasions, as well as several broadcasts for the EBU. Alongside his concert career, he is currently working as a teacher at the Royal Danish Academy of Music. August 2009
