New Christmas album from The Nidaros Cathedral Boys’ Choir <\/p>\n
The Nidaros Cathedral Boys’ Choir and director Bj\u00f8rn Moe invite us to listen, as well as sing along, to their new Christmas album, \u201cJulestemning i Nidarosdomen\u201d. The choir\u2019s Christmas concerts are a long and fine tradition, and on this year\u2019s Christmas album they are accompanied by some of Norway\u2019s leading artists, all from the district of Tr\u00f8nderlag: \u00c5ge Alexandersen, Bjarne Br\u00f8ndbo, Harald Bj\u00f8rk\u00f8y, and Henning Sommerro. Arve Tellefsen, who has performed with the choir for many years, is also featured on this release. With musicians from Trondheim Symphony Orchestra, this is a Christmas album consisting of a wonderfully rich repertoire. The Nidaros Cathedral Boys’ Choir wishes to sing familiar Christmas songs anew, giving them a renewed sound and meaning.<\/p>\n
