The selection for this album is approved By Moren Vesaas herself. The release begins with the very first poem in Moren Vesaas&#8217; debut, &quot;Min unge sang&quot;, and ends with one of her most beloved poems, &quot;Ord over grind&quot;. The themes range from dark emotions such as pain, grief and loss into lighter and happier images. The poems are set to music by Sven Ohrvik who also contributes on keyboards.
