Karoline Kr\u00fcger released her Spellemann nominated album \u201dDe to stemmer\u201d 14 years ago which is based on the writer Andr\u00e9 Bjerke`s texts. This year \u2013 in the occasion of Bjerkes 100th anniversary \u2013 she is releasing \u201cLabyrinter!\u201d. This time she has written music for Bjerke`s children lyrics:<\/p>\n
\u201dThey have been up on my piano almost continusly since the last release; wild and playful, and time to time heavy to articulate, poems. They are also very rhythmical in their shape, it`s like they`re asking for music. I\u00b4m thinking that through them Bjerke, as the clever guy he was, insistently draws out his credo: the playfulness as a fundamental life agenda.\u201d<\/p>\n

Sjur Hjeltnes (piano), Eline Sundal (cello) og Snorre Bjerck (percussion) contributes on the album, together their performance \u201cLabyrinter!\u201d did a furore at the children art festival`s YAM-session in the fall 2016. Since then they`ve played all over the country, at festivals and culture centres. After the children program at Moldejazz a reviewer wrote \u201c\u2026 they gave both children and grown-ups a rare performance\u2026 if you get the chance\u2026 don\u2019t hesitate!\u201d <\/p>\n
Producer of the album is the driven producer Kato \u00c5dland.<\/p>\n
