It started when Blindheim was looking for some suitable lyrics for a cultural aid group. The nerve and the quality of the lyrics inspired to melodic exploration, and soon there were lyrics practicly standing in line demanding music. This was how the idea of an entire B\u00f8rli record took shape. With the combination of a tight budget and an intuitive working method, the album was recorded with the instruments at hand: flutes, percussion, citter, double bass, hand drum etc \u2013 depending on what the lyrics and the arrangements demanded.<br \/>\n&#8216;Junikveld&#8217; is named after a poem by Hans B\u00f8rli. Svein Olav Blindheim composed music to this and 9 other poems and recorded it in his home studio at Ringerike.
