After a while they found their style and sound with the unusal combination of fiddle and hardanger fiddle.<br \/>\nThe album features a divers range of repertoir of traditional tunes from Valdres and Ottadalen. It\u2019s not a long road passing over Valdresflya, the mighty and weather beaten mountain pass that separates Ottadalen and Valdres. The short distance witnesses little about the two very different traditional expressions. Ottadalen with the wistful and warm fiddle playing, and Valdres with the intrepid and succulent fiddle tunes.
