Vidar Busk & His Bubble of Trouble is Vidar’s brand new project, and now they are ready to release their first album "Troublecaster".
The band is Vidar’s tribute to the American guitar music that swept the world in the mid-nineteenth century. The time when guitar heros was outgoing showmen who based their music on boogiewoogie, country, be-bop swing and blues. Vidar Busk & His Bubble of Trouble is an energetic retro mix Proper style up-dressed and familiar, but at the same time in a new uniqe Busk-style.
"Troublecaster" contains 11 covers and self-composed songs. A musical landscape of rockabilly, Rock`N & Roll and Rhythm & Blues. Or, as Vidar himself says: Its "psurfadelic". They offer everything from a blues version of Train Kept A-Rollin ‘and the newly written Vidar Busk song "Hurry Up N’ Wait ‘in rockabilly beat, to the ending song" Danger Zone "that fades out and confirms Vidar Busk’s satus as a guitarist with capital G.
